Diary of a Wimpy Cat: Entry #08

I sit at the human’s feet, watching my surroundings carefully. I am aware of every twitch, every flicker of movement. I must guard the human carefully.

The human is on her bright rectangle again. She stares at that thing, day and night, as though it is a particularly delicious rat. But it is always still. Poor, dull human.

She shifts, and I abandon my watch to glare at her. She does not get up, instead settling further into her seat. I leap up to a higher ground, so that I can see her better. I sit down, and stare. My stomach grumbles.

It is tiring being a guard, but I must for the sake of my food. What if she is eaten before she is able to feed me?
